A mix of single family homes, condominiums, townhouses and apartments brings together people of diverse ages, backgrounds and incomes. This helps to make neighborhoods like Grand Oak Hill unique and exciting places to live, work and play.

The density of city neighborhoods, however, demands that residents be aware of how their behavior impacts others—in particular, when one resident’s behavior is considered a nuisance. Repeated nuisance behavior – especially drug activity, prostitution, and peace disturbance – can destabilize an entire neighborhood.

The Grand Oak Hill Management Assistance Program (MAP) provides a variety of professional property management tools to qualified rental property owners.
